Traditional sour dough boule encompassing locally collected honey for a sweet contrast to the sour nature of the bread.  This boule is made with Canadian milled unbleached flour, medium dense texture, and wonderful yeast aroma.

Baguette

Traditional French baguette made with Canadian milled unbleached flour and a touch of light rye flour for a well rounded, mild flavour.  It is baked to have a crunchy crust with a light and airy center.

Ancient Grain

A light, whole grain loaf made with the perfect combination of Canadian milled whole wheat and unbleached flour.  Using flax seeds, rye kernels and mustard seeds, this loaf has a subtle peppery aroma and a medium soft crust with a light, fluffy center.

Multigrain

A dark, whole grain loaf made with the perfect combination of dark rye and unbleached flour.  The blend of flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and sesame seeds creates a robust, full bodied flavour.  This loaf has a medium crust, with a medium dense center.

Jalapeno Cheddar

This play on a classic cheese bread includes a pleasant kick of heat from the freshly cut jalapeno peppers.  Similar to the crusty white, this loaf is made with Canadian milled unbleached flour, with a medium light texture and a soft and tender center.

Cheddar Cheese

Roasted Red Pepper

Black Olive and Garlic

Broa (Portuguese Corn Bread)

Pumpernickle

7 Grain

Date and Walnut

A perfect loaf for any application.  This bread can be used in either savoury or sweet applications with its nutty flavour balanced by the sweetness of chopped dates, matched with a Canadian milled light rye flour for a well rounded flavour.  This loaf has a medium dense texture, and a light golden crust.

Cinnamon Raisin

A sweet breakfast or dessert bread, this loaf is mixed with cinnamon, raisins, and sugar for a wonderful fragrant caramel flavour. When shaped, this loaf is rolled with more cinnamon and sugar for the classic cinnamon spiral center.  Similar to the crusty white, this loaf is made with Canadian milled unbleached flour, with a medium texture and a soft and tender center.

Cranberry White Chocolate (Seasonal)

A sweet breakfast or dessert bread, this classic white bread is blended with a mixture of tart dried and fresh cranberries and balanced by sweet high quality Callebaut chocolate.  Similar to the crusty white, this is made with Canadian milled unbleached flour and has a medium light texture with a soft and chewy center.  This bread is also a customer favourite around the holidays.

Hot Cross Buns (Seasonal)

A traditional sweet, spiced bun mixed with raisins, recognized by the white cross on top of the bun.  They are brushed with a light syrup for a nice shine and added flavour. These buns have a light fluffy texture with a soft chewy center.

Scones

A classic British quick bread, these fluffy delights can be flavoured with your heart’s desire.  They have a buttery flavour, with a slight tang from buttermilk making them great any time of day.  These can be made sweet or savoury.
